The bungalow is in a superb location within Filey and is ideal for visiting the Yorkshire Coast. Easily accessed by car and public transport. Once there you really don’t need a car, as the beach, shops, parks and cliffs are all within a short walk. There are lots of bars and restaurants, as well as visitor attractions in nearby Scarborough and Bridlington

There is 1 double bedroom with en-suite, large lounge with Sky tv, sunroom/2nd bedroom with double sofa bed and a dining table and there is a separate toilet. The cottage has a spacious outdoor area with a BBQ and fire pit. It's a 15 to 20 minute walk into town, shops, restaurants, pubs etc. Beach access very close.

The property has open plan living in a very contemporary style, a wood burner in the lounge making this very cosy. With rear bi-fold doors bringing the outside in. Front and back gardens both sun traps.
