A large, light, bright studio. Decorated to a high standard, this self contained studio is a part of our house, has private access via an external staircase. The studio consists of a large living space and full bathroom. There is no kitchen but there is a fridge and tableware in the main room. The studio is perfect for visiting Loughborough University, just 15 minutes walk to the main Uni entrance. The property is a contemporary studio with living space and kitchenette, separate shower room, king bed and seating area with 3/4 sofa bed (available when booking for 3 or 4 adults). Fold down dining table with chairs, an easy chair, waredrobe, double bed and plenty of draw space for your clothes. The name JANA comes from the first 2 letters of my granddads name and last 2 letters of my grandmothers.

This is all for your private use with your own front door, in effect a self contained unit.
