Rowington is a small village with a pub/restaurant within a stones throw of the property. Nearby is the Stratford-upon-Avon Canal with many walks to a variety of great pubs and restaurants. Located conveniently for Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwick, NEC, and Birmingham. The property is furnished to a high standard.

Piglets Place is tucked away in the peaceful Warwickshire village of Norton Lindsey. It is a charming converted pig sty in its own grounds, a real home-from-home. It offers a light and airy vaulted living space and cosy wood burning stove. A workspace and WiFi make it ideal for remote working. Also on the ground floor is the bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. The mezzanine double bedroom overlooks the living area. Outside is private use of the sunny patio and garden, a perfect rural retreat.

Airport parking may be possible as the location is a short drive away from Birmingham Airport & The NEC. Blythe valley, JLR and Solihull are also local for staying guests.

The Art Studio

Entire house located in the quaint town of Henley in Arden. This quirky cottage features it’s private entrance on the towns historic High Street. The property has a living room , bedroom with super king size bed, large bathroom with double shower and a kitchen area with everything you need for a short stay, such as toaster, fridge, kettle, microwave grill oven and Dolce Gusto coffee machine however there is no hob! There are lots of amazing restaurants in Henley in Arden to enjoy.

Centrally-located in a prime position on the mile long high street of this pretty market town, which dates back to medieval times. There are several independent gastro pubs & restaurants located on the door-step, as well as cafes & shops. The property contains many original period features, with 2 double bedrooms, lounge, dinning room, kitchen & laundry room, as well as small enclosed rear garden.

This studio annexe is on the edge of Claverdon within easy reach of Warwick, Stratford Upon Avon and Henley In Arden. Set in the grounds of a Grade II listed farm house, it has a double bed, kitchenette and bathroom. The annexe has glorious views of the Warwickshire countryside and spectacular sunsets. Plenty of good walking / cycling and a short walk through the fields to a peaceful pond. The space can accommodate a blow up bed and there is a travel cot available on request.

Near the Railway pub and Dorridge cricket club, this large Edwardian House has beautiful gardens and a wildlife reserve all of which can be used by guests. It is handy for local transport with a bus stop at the bottom of the drive and a bus to Solihull every hour. Dorridge station is a 15 minute walk with trains to Birmingham Moor Street, Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwick, and London Marylebone. The NEC and Resorts World are 15 minutes by car.

The room has an ensuite wet room with an electric shower and toilet and sink. The main room has a sink, microwave, kettle, toaster, TV, fridge, wifi, wardrobe and a comfy double bed. Note...no HOB.
