Eine Tiefgarage und WLAN sind kostenfrei. Zu den weiteren Vorzügen dieser Wohnung gehören heller Wohn-Essbereich, Schlafzimmer, voll ausgestattete Küche mit dem Geschirrspüler ein Bad und ein Sitzplatz mit dem Blick auf den Gletscher. Open living room and kitchen with dining area, flat screen tv and fireplace makes for a perfect cozy evening after a day on the mountain.

Quiet and centrally located, the apartment is on the 7th floor of a residential building in a peaceful area, with a shared swimming pool and sauna available exclusively during the summer and winter seasons. In the off-season, the swimming pool can be used, but the water is not heated. Various hiking trails are easily accessible from the house "Irmella," and the town center is only a short walk away.

The apartment has 60sqm, a south-west facing balcony and an underground parking space. There is a very nice swimming pool in the house (free of charge, closed 13.4.-26.6. and 26.10.-11.12.); the sauna can be used for 10CHF/2h. There is also a ski cellar, a table tennis room and a laundry room.
