The nearest underground metro station, “Cipro – Musei Vaticani”, is only 250 meters away. (This metro station is serviced by line “A”, which also stops at Termini train station, Piazza di Spagna, Piazza del Popolo and Ottaviano) The Olympic Stadium, where rival soccer teams Lazio and Roma play every Sunday, is also nearby and easy to reach via public transport. The apartment has just been renovated with a modern twist, making it a warm and comfy living space. It is composed of one main living space, with the bedroom (160 x 200 cm or 5’3’’ by 6’6’’) being surrounded by glass panels (furnished with curtains for added privacy). The bathroom remains faithful to the apartment’s modern feel: it is spacious and has a large shower. The kitchen area is completely furnished and perfect for a quick plate of spaghetti with sauce or simply a warm cup of coffee in the morning! This charming and cosy apartment (50 sqm) can be found on the first floor of a beautiful historic building. Upon entering the apartment, you will come across a fully equipped kitchenette where you have everything you need to prepare meals, which you can enjoy seated at the breakfast bar table. After a tiring day of sightseeing, you can relax in the comfy armchairs whilst enjoying a glass of wine and watching the satellite TV. The bedroom at the end of the hall is a welcome retreat with it's warm and stylish decor and two spacious built in cupboards with beautiful 17th century carved wooden doors. Last but not least, the bathroom has a large shower, which is perfect to revive you after a long day walking around Rome taking in the fabulous sights. This apartment is in a central location and you can enjoy all the sights Rome has to offer, either on foot or by using the metro, which is 5 minutes walk away. All space I like meeting my guests and showing them the apartment and its facilities. They can always contact me during their stay on my mobile. I will give them the keys during check in. L'appartamento é composto da una camera da letto matrimoniale con bagno composto da doccia e vasca idromassaggio, un ampio soggiorno con un grande divano e un divano letto matrimoniale, tavolo da pranzo e un'ampia cucina attrezzata con Macchina del caffè Nespresso, Tostapane, Bollitore, Lavatrive e Microonde. L 'appartamento dispone di 2 tv e internet wi-fi, di riscaldamento autonomo e di aria condizionata centralizzata in tutti gli ambienti. L'orario di check-in è piuttosto flessibile; è necessario concordare con anticipo l'orario di arrivo tramite email o Whatsapp. Il Chek-out è previsto entro le ore 10. Per prendere le chiavi vi manderò istruzioni. L'edificio non è fornito di ascensore. Il quartiere Borgo è una zona tranquilla e signorile a pochi passi dalla Basilica di San Pietro e dai Musei Vaticani nonché dalla grande via dello shopping Cola di Rienzo, che collega il centro storico di Roma, Piazza del Popolo, con il Vaticano. La nostra residenza si trova a pochi metri dalla fermata della Metro Ottaviano, con la quale potrete raggiungere comodamente tutte le attrazioni delle Città Eterna.
