Frida Stone House

My house is located in Pragmatefti, a village between Leonidio and Tyros. It is built in a quiet location, but with easy access especially by car, for which free parking is provided. The hand-carved stone from which is built the house will immediately attract your attention, giving the impression of an imposing building. The traditional is harmoniously combined with the modern and in combination with the dazzling view of the Myrtos Sea it gives you the impression that you are on an island.

Thassa No.4, a charming beachfront apartment with two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a balcony where nothing stands between you and the open sea. It’s panoramic view of mountains and sea, the exceptional air quality and sleeping to the sound of waves, leaves you relaxed and is a truly rejuvenating experience. It's a five minute drive to the town centre where you can find all essential goods. The area is known for it’s climbing and hiking activities for the adventurous!

Country house

Relax in this tranquil, elegant and fairytale space with multi-level sunny courtyards!!! The Country House is located in the old alleys of Leonidio and consists of 2 levels. On the first level there is a comfortable living room and a fully equipped kitchen, while on the upper floor there are a bathroom and two bedrooms that communicate with each other with an internal wooden staircase. From both levels there is access to the outside areas of the house! Enjoy unique moments!

We live in Arcadia (the land of happiness), nature reserve Parnonas, Peloponese. You will find the traditionnal greek life with the kindness of the local people. The house is built in the respect of the nature, in olive and orange grove, full east, direct access to the sea, near climbing spots. Very nice villa in traditional stones of 189 m2 with all the comfort, facing the sea, rising sun, with access to two wild beaches, SWIMMING POOL. Comfortable for 6 persons max.

Villa Tainaron is one of the five villas of the complex Dio Guesthouses. It is a completely independent maisonette with its own entrance, a private garden and a unique sea view from all over the place. At the bottom of the plot there is a shared swimming pool and furnished decks around it. The price includes all taxes except the environmental fee. Enviromental fee. Beautiful Greek natural stone house in the municipality of Livadi near Leonidio. Only 5-10 minutes to the climbing areas. 3-5 minutes to the beach of Livadi. Quiet location with a great view from the in-house pool of the olive groves and mountain landscape. The house has a kitchen and a large room with a dining table, a double bed and a single bed. Pull-out sofa bed. A small shower room. Large terrace and pool with plenty of sun loungers.

Situated at the foot of Mount Parnon, Agroktima guesthouse is surrounded by a lush green garden and consists of ten farm houses, samples of the Tsakonian architecture. My stone farmhouse is surrounded by 11 acres of orange trees,lemon trees and much more trees which fruits you can taste. The backyard under the giant mulberry among with the old well relaxes and takes you back in time and makes you feel part of nature .The cottage is located in the fields of Leonidio(2.5km from center & 600meters from sea),against the red rock/cliffs you will be climbing.
