Cabin is at the back of our garden - all for yourselves ;-)) Location is ideal for RVC or FILM INDUSTRY ROLES On the warm days you can enjoy the water fountain, pond and our friendly dog & cats The access is via our house where you can meet myself, my kids, my friends or our other guests staying in the main house ;-)) It does have a nano kitchenette/it is very basic- not suitable for proper cooking ;-)) No smoking indoors Free parking nearby A train line not far behind the cabin-can be heard

The lounge boasts an impressive vaulted celling with magnificent ancient beams, an extremely comfortable sofa bed, and large flat-screen TV (with Apple TV, Netflix and Prime Video) Adjacent is a mini kitchen containing the essentials and a stylish modern ensuite wet room, with shower sink and toilet Stairs lead up to a mezzanine with double mattress and stunning view of the property. Cozy bungalow in great location

The property itself is a charming detached 2-bedroom bungalow with front and back gardens. We can comfortably accommodate 6 guests (as there is a sofa bed in the lounge). The property is nestled on a lovely street in a rural village called Cuffley in Hertfordshire. There are some impressive restaurants and cafes in Cuffley itself within a few minutes’ walk and a pub, the Plough, at the top of the road running behind the property. If, however, London is more your style, it is only 30mins away.

Little Knoll Barn is a rustic, cosy, self catering accommodation, offering a king size bed , travel cot & hi chair if required. For pets, 2 maximum, we provide a water bowl, dog towel & disposal bags. We are located close to the M1, A1, M25 and Luton Airport. We are also conveniently near Harpenden Train station with fast links into Kings Cross St Pancras and Eurostar. Its location makes it the ideal place to stay close to some local places of interest such as St Albans.

The annex comes with one private parking space and has its own entrance at the side of the main house.
