We are a few miles from the famous Horsey seal colony (spectacular in winter with 100s of seals) & Norfolk Broads including Hickling Broad, a favourite for wildlife lovers. The studio has private entrance, en-suite bathroom, basic kitchenette and courtyard garden with outdoor cooking station and barbecue. It’s an extension of a family home but the private entrance means you can come and go as you please

Scenic river and marsh walks, nature trails, beaches, riverside pubs, boat hire all close by. Seal pups at Horsey a special off- season attraction December to February.

It has a private decking area overlooking a pretty duck pond, a lawned garden area and is children and dog friendly. Families & boating, walking, coastal and fishing enthusiasts, and those who just want a relaxing break, will all find something to love here.

Stone Cottage Bungalow

A lovely detached property, situated in the quiet village of Ormesby St. Margaret, close to the historic Norfolk Broads and within 2 miles of the beach. This cosy, single story building, set within the garden of the owner's residence, comprises of an open plan living room/kitchen and one bedroom. Smart TV. Visitors to the cottage have sole use of a small courtyard overlooking adjacent fields, as well as use of a quiet shared garden. Great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers.

Brindle Studio

You will love this self contained studio which is sunny in summer yet cosy in winter. Brindle studio has two private outside seating areas. One sunny courtyard garden and one cosy undercover area. Brindle studio has its own private entrance .The studio is attached to our home ( So some noise at times maybe heard ) although the adjoining door is locked giving you a private area. We have designed brindle studio to give you a feeling of security to enable you to have a relaxing time in Norfolk.

Located in a residential area of the Georgian town of North Walsham, the cottage is ideally situated for accessing the vibrant city of Norwich, the beauty of the Norfolk Broads and the breathtaking North Norfolk coast line. Only a 3 minute walk to the train station, and good amenities close by.

It offers 4 large bedrooms, a beautiful double vaulted kitchen/dining room, a spacious living room with a cosy wood burner, a snug, 3 bathrooms and a W/C. The floors are natural limestone with underfloor heating throughout. Oak Barn has two outdoor seating areas, a sunny court yard and a fully enclosed lawned garden.
