This is a pet free property. The creek is tidal.

The garden is a perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee or a glass of wine while catching a few sun rays in the afternoon!

A perfect place to come and stay for Victorious Festival, taking part in the Great South Run or simply wanting a weekend away watching the many boats coming in and out of the port and maybe catching the QE or HMS Prince of Wales aircraft carriers.

This basement apartment is situated 500 meters from southsea beach, canoe lake and south parade pier. The perfect seaside holiday for a family or couple. Our apartment offers a king size bed as well as a double sofa bed so could accommodate a family nicely, travel cot also available. The kitchen includes an oven, microwave and fridge if you fancy eating in however southsea has an array of eatery’s for you to explore all within walking distance from the apartment.
