Come home to this warm, cosy, newly refurbished (Jan 2025), lovingly decorated cabin. Enjoy stunning views across Loch Portree, the town and the Cuillin Mountains. Feel peace and tranquility surrounded by nature; yet be within easy walking distance of the town center with restaurants, pubs and shops. Explore our bonny island from this central location. Spot otters, seals, shore birds and occasionally sea eagles from the cabin. A similar cabin, Kate’s Cabin, can be booked too for larger groups.

Seaview: Portree Townhouse with Spectacular Views

Seaview is a charming, original Skye stone townhouse with character. A few minutes' walk from the centre of Portree. It has great views across Portree bay, The Black Rock and Ben Tianavaig. Restaurants, pubs and shops on your doorstep. The house is ideally situated to travel around the island sightseeing. Bookings: Peak; April to October - we can only accept weekly bookings (Saturday to Saturday). Off-Peak; Oct to March - shorter stays (min 4 nights) are possible. On-Street or near-by parking.

Moll Cottage

Discover your own corner of Skye in this historic keepers cottage along a private shoreline, sitting below the Cuillins. An unforgettable location, complete with an outdoor fire pit to help you enjoy your surroundings into the evening. Inside, there are Scot-Scandi influences that tie modern design, luxury and comfort to the history and charm of the cottage. Moll Cottage is located between the two largest settlements on the island and within easy travelling distance of the most popular sights.

Stunning Skye seafront: calm, cosy, central.

Braidholm is our home on Skye. It's a 19th century building, warm and cosy. Step in from the weather and hunker down in the comfy sofa in front of a log fire. The kitchen is cottage style, with everything you'd expect in a modern home. Two bedrooms upstairs (kingsize in one, twins in the other, all with Egyptian Cotton, 400 thread-count linen) with sea views . Two bathrooms upstairs (one ensuite), a toilet downstairs. Private garden plus parking for 2 cars. 300m from the centre of Portree.

Heatherfield house self catering cabin The Shack

The Shack is a cosy cabin for two that has recently been refurbished to a high standard. Situated in Penifiler, a 10 minute drive from Portree, and close to the shore it has stunning views over Loch Portree. Centrally located on the island, it is an ideal spot to be based. It has a comfortable open plan living room with well equipped kitchen and double, en-suite bedroom. Outside there is a private seating area where, if the weather is behaving, you will be able to see the Old Man of Storr.

Overlooking the beautiful Loch Eyre, this idyllic location makes for a perfect base for a family or group of four to embrace the outdoors and discover the wonders of the area. Only a 2 minute walk to the Loch and a 10 minute drive to both Portree and Uig for the major shops and amenities.

We are located in Bayfield, Portree, an out of the way quiet street that has the benefit of being a 5 minute walk to the heart of Portree and Somerled Square, which is where all the local shops, restaurants and pubs are located.

Taigh Glas Studio

Welcome back to Taigh Glas Studio. Taigh Glas, situated in Lochbay, Waternish, a natural heritage peninsula, overlooks the ocean, the Stein Waterfront and sunsets over the Western Isles. The house is a short walk from Lochbay Michelin star Restaurant and Stein Inn, and along the road from Skye Skyns and their yurt with coffee and home made cakes. It’s centrally situated for all of Skye’s iconic sights such as Storr, Quiraing, Fairy Pools and Fairy Glen.

Tigh A'Mhuillin (The Mill House) is a lovely detached home close to picturesque coastal villages (5 miles from Shieldaig and 17 miles from Applecross), with shops and pubs. Fabulous hill walking and climbing in the Torridon mountains, mountain biking on tracks and quiet roads, fishing, and sea trips to explore this beautiful part of the Highlands. For the less energetic, just sit, relax and watch the ever-changing scenery.

stoirm - a tranquil rural hideaway

Experience spectacular views of the Cuillins, Portree Bay and the Old Man of Storr. stoirm is situated in the quiet township of Penifiler, a rural crofting community. This modern cottage is ideally located on the island, 3 miles from Portree (the largest town on Skye), allowing you to absorb all that Skye has to offer.

Lovely detached bungalow in the quiet village of Gedintailor with beautiful sea views towards the Isle of Raasay. The cottage is newly renovated with a cosy, modern feel and with a stove in the living room. The garden has a private seating area with firepit/BBQ at the front and a decked seating area at the back. Only a 1 minute walk to the shore, 10 minute walk to the beach, and a 15 minute drive to Portree.
