This custom, mountain eclectic cabin is located in a beautiful gated community with access to the Frank Lloyd Wright designed club house and Altitude Recreation Center. With an amazing 1300 sq. ft. of home and 1300 sq deck with amazing views, it has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths that sleeps up to 6 guests. THE CABIN Enjoy this clean, mountain -eclectic designed cabin with geothermal heating and central ac. The home has internet access and tv.

In Gold Country

Cozy private space to relax in and take a nice break from all the outdoor fun. Complimentary Wine, Craft Beer, coffee, and other beverages. The dining table overlooks the pine forest, there’s a lounge room with a large comfy sectional couch and a vinyl record player with records to enjoy! Fire TV in the bedroom set up for streaming, and a DVD player. Satellite WiFi works well but occasionally glitches. Has been fine for guests working remote, but most are enjoying events or the outdoors:)

Stella’s Cabin

Make some memories at this unique place. The cabin was originally built for my grandfather to live in and was known as “Grandpa’s Cabin” for many years. The rock work in the patio was done by my grandfather. Original wood floors put in by my dad and grandpa. Stella’s Cabin (Stella’s photo hangs above the bed) is minutes from Sierra Valley, Portola Railroad Museum, Graeagle, Frazier Falls, Lakes Basin Area, Sierra Buttes, Sand Pond, Quincy, and Lake Davis. A short 50-minute drive to Reno, NV.

Feather Cottage - Getaway on the River

A private (shared) drive leads to a modest cottage on the middle fork of the Feather River. The neighbors are in close proximity, live here year round, and are quiet. Please be respectful. The cottage is comfortable, as is the 600 square deck. Make yourself your perfect morning drink, and some waffles while you’re at it. Kick back and enjoy all the Sierra Valley has to offer. Every few days, a train horn will sound in the night so be aware. The trains come and go at a sleepy pace. Enjoy!

The Top Story is a cozy and unique apartment located on the second floor of an early 20th century farmhouse. It is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath unit with a full kitchen and seating area . Great space to unplug! This rustic farmhouse chic space is incredibly charming and authentic to the area; it also includes access to the front and backyard, sun soaked and full of flowers with an organic garden and seasonal pumpkin patch. Guests can star gaze while enjoying the fire pit or outside dining area.

Whether you’re looking to relax on the porch or by the fireplace in this charming, newly remodeled home in the forest OR explore the Sierras with a hike, paddle boarding or snowshoeing…this home has something to offer everyone who needs to unwind and recharge. Private 1500 sqft furnished Apt 2 BR Apt sleeps 5 with 3 beds, Optonal xtra Queen BR is downstairs, will be $25 more per night. only you will be in the Apt and is upstairs, with balcony, Laundry room downstairs, has Fiber Optic cable and smart TV, yard: gas BBQ and gated parking. In back, 2,000 sqft game room with half bath, music, TV, games:, foosball, ping pong, corn hole darts. Pet charge is a one time fee of $35/pet for cleaning, with a 2 pet max. Camera's in public areas.
