The unit has a sofa which fold outs to a comfortable queen size bed. This can be a bed or sofa on arrival, at your request. Linen & towels provided. The unit includes an En Suite bathroom.

Bright and airy studio. Newly refurbished in April 2020. Private outdoor patio. Conveniently located to the train and bus routes getting you in to Dublin City in around 20 minutes. Very close to the coast. Lovely walks towards Howth and Portmarnock and Malahide. Please note that the studio apartment is an extension to the rear of our house, it is not accessible to the house. Access via a side lane. Studio has private patio but we do have 3 young children who sometimes use the garden.

Everyone adored our closeness to the phoenix park..There are many activities in the park including the zoo, the hop on hop off bus, segways, rent a bike to name a few.

The house is very spacious with 3 bedrooms upstairs (2 doubles and 1 single) with ample wardrobe storage. Two full bathrooms upstairs (one with a bathtub, one with a shower). Downstairs is a large living room, kids play room with many toys and kitchen with eat-in table. Very large garden with patio area and grassy areas.
