Please confirm the second bedroom is available if interested. Either option has a full bathroom with claw foot tub and shower. The very large master bedroom with the ultra comfortable king size mattress also has cable tv. . Your rooms are isolated from the rest of the house on the second floor with a separate entrance that opens to a shared hall and laundry. The bedroom is large with an en suite bathroom and queen. The living room/ bunk room has two single beds, fridge, toaster, microwave. We have a wonderful, wooded location near Maine beaches and the University of New England. We are just minutes from Hills Beach and Fortunes Rocks Beach. Kennebunkport the city of Portland and Old Orchard beach are close.

This getaway features two spacious bedrooms plus an upstairs bedroom loft, sleeping up to 6 with ease. The large bathroom is accessed by both the master bedroom and living room and features on-site laundry. For guests who love to cook the kitchen is fully equipped and the deck is a perfect place to relax in the summer and enjoy the view. In colder seasons guests are encouraged to cozy up by the wood-burning stove or use the outdoor BARREL SAUNA.
