The Cottage has three lovely unique bedrooms. Suzy and Ollie have thought about all your needs and want you to have a comfortable stay. There is a games room with a ping pong table, dart board & table football so whatever the weather there's plenty to do. Great for Surfers, walkers, swimmers, cyclists, and Art lovers.

This stunning one-bedroom annexe is ideally located between Falmouth's two best beaches: Gyllyngvase Beach, just a 5-minute walk and Swanpool Beach, a 10-minute stroll. The vibrant town centre is also a 10-minute walk. Inside, you'll find beautiful beamed ceilings adding character to this idyllic retreat. From our balcony window you can enjoy unique views into Newlyn harbour and the whole of Mounts Bay, including St Michael's Mount. There's lots to explore in Newlyn, and a leisurely 20 minute stroll along 'The Prom' takes you to the famous Jubilee Pool, another 5 minutes and you've arrived at Penzance Harbour with it's quay-side shops and restaurants.

Provided within this very compact space is a comfy double bed with proper mattress, seating area, oven and hob, fridge, hot and cold water, bluetooth stereo, TV and woodburner with logs provided. There is a separate building in the garden - a bar - which you are welcome to use.
