You’ll be able to walk to everything in Port Royal and have easy access to Parris Island, Beaufort and all the Low Country has to offer (Hunting Island pass beach towels, chairs and cooler provided). The Cottage at Burroughs

The Cottage at Burroughs has recently been completely renovated. A short walk or bike ride to downtown Beaufort restaurants and shopping, it is also just steps away from the Spanish Moss Trail and a short drive to Parris Island. The Cottage has space to park your boat trailer and is one mile from the Downtown Marina and boat landing. A scenic drive through our barrier islands will take you to the beautiful beaches and trails at Hunting Island State Park - complimentary guest pass provided.

This cottage has a unique combination of being close to everything, while still maintaining a very private feel. The cottage is accessible by its private, dedicated drive. This new guest cottage has a King sized bed, as well as a pullout xl twin. The home boasts a large screen tv viewable from every angle, a full sized bath, full kitchen, exquisite outdoor shower, fire pit, full laundry, and all the amenities of home. 10 minutes to Beaufort/Parris isl. Boat parking available on site.

This charming cottage built in the 1940's was recently updated to offer modern conveniences for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We are a short walk to the downtown historic district and steps from the Spanish Moss biking/hiking trail. Convenient to Paris Island (6 miles) and a 25 minute ride to Hunting Island State Park for a day at the beach!

You are invited to relax on the generous front porch, prepare local seafood in our well appointed kitchen, barbecue on the shaded rear deck, or gather around the fire pit while you enjoy the sounds and sights of our coastal paradise.
