This cozy studio located in the basement features a semi-private bedroom (curtain), an additional bedroom, full bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchen (no stove). Enjoy a hot tub, fire pit with free firewood, abundant wildlife, and a 200m trail leading directly to the river. Perfect for nature lovers 🐾 Pets are welcome! We do ask that dogs be kept on a leash outdoors (3 outdoor cats)

It is a great place to stay if you enjoy kayaking, fishing or boating as there is a boat launch just minutes away.
