Our beach house offers a sanctuary of peace and calm, perfectly suited for 2 - 4 guests. Situated near the Great Ocean Road and only 10 minutes drive to the iconic 12 Apostles. This stylish beach house is well-equipped and has been newly renovated inside although the bathroom remains unrenovated.

Maximum guests - 2 * Evan and Sue are in residence in the upper apartment, it is totally separate and your privacy is respected.

Split over two levels with bedrooms, bathrooms and toilets on the upper level with the kitchen, dining/living area, laundry & balcony on the lower level. With private off-street parking, it’s a 2 minute walk to the beach, kids playground and the town’s Main Street of cafés, restaurants and local pub.

Superbly positioned on a quiet street opposite national parks, giving it a secluded feel yet still being in the heart of the town. Offering a full kitchen, 2 queen beds & a bunk room it is perfect for families & groups, or couples who enjoy space. The large balcony overlooking the bay provides a great platform for star gazing, watching sunsets, listening to the crashing waves or just soaking up some fresh sea air.

Spacious native garden, balconies, large deck and outdoor space to relax. Unlimited NBN WIFI, free on site parking for at least two cars in front of the house. Please note: We supply firewood for one night during the winter months of June to August. If you need additional firewood, you can find some in the local supermarket.

This new loft conversion offers a spacious open plan living with bay views, located above 12 Rocks Cafe. Watch the sunset from one of two balconies during summer months, with a chilled glass of wine. Simply walk downstairs & you are on the main street, to your right a safe swimming beach. 10 minutes drive to 12 apostles. Accommodation more suited for adults.
