Use our paddle boards and beach gear to experience the lake. Enjoy our firepit, front and back decks, and private enclosed backyard. Parking provided conveniently out front. From our location you can walk anywhere and save the parking fees. Our cozy cabin is equipped with all the necessities you need for a wonderful stay at the lake!

This adorable rustic one bedroom cabin features a functional open floor plan that feels surprisingly spacious and comfortable for up to four guests. Enjoy the radiant warmth of the in-floor heating and make memories around a crackling fire in the wood-burning stove or the outdoor fire pit. Welcome to your own wooded cabin experience right in the heart of downtown Sylvan. Want to feel like your camping without being out in the middle of no where. Come stay at our rustic unique small cabin, only 5 minute walk from the beaches of Sylvan Lake with only a short distance further for all the Lakeshore Shops and Restaurants. Have a covered 4-6 Person Hot Tub! Have room to park a trailer with 30amp hook up for charging battery or to store your boat between use out on the lake. STAR#04980

The Sheep Camp cabin- Bear Creek Cabins

This cabin is suitable for 2 people for a night or as an addition to the White tail cabin as an extra bedroom for your teenagers maybe? This cabin has a tiny kitchen; it has a mini sink, a mini fridge, a microwave, a hot plate and a coffee maker. Outside there is a BBQ with propane, a fire pit and a picnic table. We have 8 more unique rustic cabins, all the other ones are bigger. We are a working guest ranch and have a small western town close by. Horse riding and farm tours can be booked.

The Getaway

This cabin is titled The Getaway as it can serve as a place where you can truly escape a busy life to truly take a break. Only 1/2 a block from the beach and about one kilometres from the busiest hub of Lakeshore Drive, you can park your car in the driveway, and explore on foot. Stay busy with board and lawn games, books, a fire pit, and a hot tub and enjoying the beautiful garden are just a few things to do without leaving The Getaway. Nordic Cabin w/ Private Sauna

At Hillwinds House, it’s all about taking a moment to disconnect from your busy life and reconnect with nature. Build a fire, read a book, brew some coffee, sweat in the sauna, soak in the hot tub (seasonally), prepare a nourishing meal, and watch the sun set over the valley in the west. We are excited to share our Alberta landscape with its beautiful sky, empty fields, and close up nature details. The 5 acres are filled with wildflowers, look closely and take a moment to enjoy.

Walking distance to the lake! Perfect place to go ice fishing only minutes from your door. This amazing cabin is like a home away from home, surrounded by trees and nature. The walking trails are perfect for snowshoeing, cross country skiing and driving snow machines down to the lake. The fire pit, BBQ and backyard is a place to relax and unwind. No internet- just a pure escape from reality with total peace and quiet. The cabin is stocked with games and a gas fireplace.

The Cattage - 17 Acres

Our serene spot deep in the woods provides endless nature to explore. Our old-fashioned rustic cabin is the perfect place to reconnect and recharge with family and friends. Relax and unwind with the whole family or just the two of you. Our comfy beds and large hot tub will give you the recharge you need. King, queen, 2 sets of bunks and 2 pullouts. Hot tub, trails, bird watching, fire pit, tube TV (VHS’, Nintendo), books, board games, yard games, wood burning stove.
