The Casa del Capitano is located on the top of Monte Grosso in the National park of the tuscan archipelago. The house was restored during a project lasting several years, in close collaboration with the National Park and was designed to be self-sufficient and ecological. Podere Casalino is a traditional Tuscan farmhouse with a stand alone guest-suite. It sleeps up to six in the 3 bedrooms of the main house plus up to 2 guests in the separate guest-suite. Nestled on a panoramic hill and located just 3.8 km from Volterra, Podere Casalino is easily accessible via a paved road and has private parking onsite. The property was completely restored and preserved 25 years ago and updated again in 2025.
