It's a bright and sunny space, in a delightfully tranquil area. Our southeast-facing verandah is an ideal spot on sunny mornings for breakfast and relaxing. The location is ideal for Helford River, Falmouth town and beaches. Walking from here, you can reach part of Port Navas Creek within 20 minutes and further on to the coast path and coves.

Tresahor Studio is in a sun trap overlooking a spring fed lake. The granite quarry was left untouched for 50 yrs to rewild, so is alive with birdsong and dragonflies. Falmouth is 15 mins away with its beaches, restaurants, cafes & clubs, buzzing with Uni life. The Helford River too with its waterside pubs, boat trips, coastal walks & exotic gardens to roam. The Garden Flat is a secluded getaway tucked into a beautiful established garden. It combines a large outdoor patio, for your use only, with shared use of the wider garden, which has a far-reaching view over Polwheveral creek and the Lizard peninsula. The flat is warm, spacious and light. Centrally heated, it also has a wood burning stove which comes laid and ready to light, with a basket of logs provided. Please note that the flat is accessed through our garden and up a flight of steps.
