All Welcome - Ground floor family Studio

This is a bran new property in Pollonia, specially designed for couples, friends and families. The building is located just 50m from the beach (no sea view though), 350m from the shops and restaurants of the village and 200m from the villages playground. Each studio has its one private veranda with outdoor dining area and sofa. We also welcome pets! The listing is from our smallest studio but (based on availability) you might be appointed to any of the other two (which are a bit bigger).

GREEN SUITE

The Green Suite is a big apartment of 75 square meters for 6 people. It is a boutique suite with a regular kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 1 double room with 1 double bed, an attic with 1 double bed, a living room with 2 single sofa beds and an amazing view. It’s a fantastic apartment for a family, equipped with everything you need for cooking, a fridge, an oven and a dish washer. The Green Suite belongs to the Captain Zeppos Boutique Suites and Villa complex on the waterfront of the village Pollonia.

Venia's Superior

Venia’s superior is a romantic room at the first floor of the building with a double bed, kithen, bathroom and a balcony with a view towards the scenic port of the village. Venia’s guesthouse provides comfort and unforgettable holidays with magestic view to the deepblue waters of aegean sea and it also provides the luxury of the private beach. Also they have flat screen TVS, airconditions, free WI-FI,kitchen with refrigerator,kettle, toaster,coffe maker for espresso and french coffee.

You’ll love my place because of the outdoors space, the light, the comfy bed, and the ambiance. My place is good for couples and solo adventurers. Located in the northeastern part of Milos, in Pollonia which is a small picturesque village, the studio is enjoying a fantastic sea view and it is close by foot to the local tavernas and a sandy beach. Pollonia is 11km from Adamas, the port of Milos. In the village there is , a supermarket, bars, restaurants, a car rental office.
