Unique Country Cabin Meets Farmhouse Modern!!!

Our goal was to create a space for the entire family. The History of our Cabin started as Hoss's Country Store where we provided a general store for our community and the guests visiting our beautiful area next to the National Forest. We have always felt that taking care of our family and friends were the top priority. We carried that mindset over when we created this special place for families all over to get together and create memories. Come on over and stay with us at Deer Ridge Resort!

The Cottage at Acorn

We are ready for Christmas! The Cottage at Acorn is located in the Heart of the Ouachita Mountains and only 4 miles to Mena. The Cottage is a double cylinder block mother-in-law suite, with concrete floors, pine ceilings and vintage decorations. Walking distance from a playground, walking track, and Veterans Memorial Park. Covered concrete parking (with a basketball goal) and an outdoor covered patio. There are 2 entrances, please use The Veterans Memorial Park entrance on Highway 71.

This is a perfect space for a weekend getaway, housing for family members attending a local wedding, your midway stop during travels, or those seeking to stay in beautiful mountain areas surrounded by various lakes, rivers, and gorgeous scenery. You are just a short drive to the entertainment district, shopping areas and hiking trails at Queen Wilhemina Lodge & State Park making for wonderful memories!

The D bar D farmhouse is a cozy, family-friendly house that is literally located on a family farm. Less than .25 miles down the road you will find an access point to enjoy the peaceful Ouachita river or drive a short 30 minutes to Wolf Pen Gap to ride ATVs or find Irons Fork Lake 6 miles away to take in nature and fish.

This 3 bedroom/2 bathroom house sits in the heart of the Ouachita National Forest just minutes from the Wolf Pen Gap ATV trails. You can ride straight to the trails from the driveway! It’s close to great hiking trails, swimming holes, and there’s plenty of space on the property to play cornhole and horseshoes. The deck has seating to enjoy the peace and quiet while watching for wildlife. This property is a perfect getaway place!

Enjoy our adorable little cabin in a rural countryside. Plenty of quiet but not far from town. Come enjoy our star filled skies. The S'Mores are on us. Freshly painted interior, crisp clean sheets and ultra cool air conditioner. Can’t beat the comfort level here. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate ATV or boat trailers in our drive. Now offering WiFi. Roku TV too!
