Unser kuscheliges Häuschen aus den 60er-Jahren wurde innen komplett renoviert und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es liegt idyllisches eingebettet in einer kleinen Siedlung nahe dem Wienerwald und ist bequem erreichbar mit der Buslinie 52A, die im Viertelstundentakt von Wien Hütteldorf (U4, Schnellbahn, ÖBB) fährt. Das Haus verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer mit grossen Doppelbetten, weiters ein Wohnzimmer, eine Küche mit Essecke und einem toprenovierten Bad mit grosser Dusche.

You will love the Penthouse because of the nice view over the roofs of Vienna and the spacious flat and luxury furnituire. This loft is good for Groups and Family (with children), but also couples. We welcome everyone from ervery, be only nice and not to noisy.

Flat in an old farmhouse

We turned an old stable into an apartment. We tried to preserve the atmosphere of the place. The flat is located in the courtyard of a renovated old farm where we are living ourselves (parents and 2 children). The area is called the Wagram, 3 km away from the Danube and around 50 km away from the center of Vienna. Our two cats are also part of the family;you are welcome to interact with them. However, they are not allowed in the flat :-)
