The Stables is a quaint country rural cottage set amongst rolling green hills, this fully self contained rustic cottage is beautifully appointed and sleeps up to 4 adults or 2 couples in 2 bedrooms. The cottage sits in the gardens of the owners farmhouse yet you are in complete privacy of all, on this working beef farm. Its location is central to many wedding venues & vineyards and only 45 minutes from Auckland's CBD, making this a perfect location for wedding accomodation or a country escape.

The Black Barn

With a choice of vineyards, breweries, strawberry picking or walking the trails of the Riverhead Forest there is something for everyone. 15 mins drive to the beautiful black sand beach of Muriwai, famous for its gannet colony, surfing, golf course and stunning sunsets. Quiet rural setting overlooking the Mahurangi River ,Te Kapa inlet and farmland .Lots of native bush and wild bird life .Perfect retreat to relax and read Matakana area has wineries ,restaurants ,art galleries ,beaches ,regional parks and a farmers market . As it is West facing we are often treated to spectacular sunsets. The apartment is spacious with a sitting room and is separated from the main house by a double garage . We are down a 2 km gravel road but the views are worth the drive.di

Well set up for self-catering with induction hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave. Cosy wood fire in winter. Hosts live nearby and are very happy to provide any help.

Our space is great for travelers who enjoy wineries, breweries, cafes, beaches, walks, cinema (boutique), Saturday markets, Goat Island and a variety of places to visit and explore within easy distance. Nearby is the ferry for a day at Kawau Island. The downstairs studio is private but we are close by and pleased to help and chat if you choose. Warkworth has large grocery stores and shopping but we have a great new grocery shop and a local pub within walking distance.

Piha Retreat - Rainforest Magic

The Puhoi Black Cottage

Eco-friendly tiny home on a private property. Features: private deck, fire pit, kitchenette (mini oven, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher), sofa bed, smart TV, Netflix, WiFi, spacious shower, filtered tank water. Breakfast ingredients, tea, coffee, milk, olive oil, eggs and honey supplied on arrival. Environmentally friendly products used. Less than 1km from Puhoi village.

Greystoke House

Greystoke House is fully self-contained set in a rural relaxed setting and has accessibility . It has 2 good size bedrooms. B/rm 1 has a Queen bed. B/rm 2 has a K bed or it can be altered to become 2 SG. It has an open plan living area which is very sunny, opening onto a large deck. The property also has a beautiful private spa.
