Stan ima kuhinju i dnevni boravak sa izlazom na balkon i pogledom na Bokokotorski zaliv,sobu sa velikim krevetom i balkonom koji pruža pogled na zaliv,druga soba je sa 2 ležaja i jedno kupatilo. Sve prostorije su klimatizovane ,korišćenje wi -fi mreže neograničeno,besplatan parking u sklopu smeštaja.

Swimming pool, tastefully decorated outdoor area and lots of lounging places will offer you everything you might need for a perfect vacation.

Kotor - Stone House by the Sea

This waterfront old stone house was originally built in 19th century and completely renovated in 2018. The interior represents a mix of a traditional Mediterranean style combined with modern design. Set in a peaceful old fisherman village called Muo, our house is perfect base for exploring the Bay. The Old town of Kotor is less than 10min driving distance while Tivat airport is less than 20min away. The house has three levels and each level has undisturbed sea views.

This carefully restored 3 bedroomed house with air conditioning and every modern convenience, is located in a small properties beside the sea in Orahovac, a quiet village in the most select part of the remarkably beautiful Kotor Bay, a World Heritage Site. At the rear, a garden has parking for one car; at the front, a small terrace and lawns extend 5 metres to the sea. The coast is uncrowded and very safe for children.

My place is fair enough close to parks, public transport, the city center, the both airports Dubrovnik or Tivat and art and culture which I will be more than happy to show You. You will love my place because of splendid views, peaceful nights and You can enjoy on an amazing terrace while drinking wine, having breakfast in the morning or sun bathing :) The pool is opened from 1st May till 30th September.Thank you
