This cozy studio apartment, with private entrance, is in a quiet and safe neighborhood. It is close to the interstate and within walking to distance of university and hospital. Shopping and restaurants are just a short drive away. This Idaho themed room is perfect for any length of stay. We live upstairs and are easily available for any questions or concerns. This basement apartment has all the features needed to make your time away from home comfortable and relaxing. This one bedroom apartment includes a private entrance, washer/dryer, shower/tub bathroom, dishwasher, king size bed, office space, pet-friendly private yard and off street parking all in one. It is also right next to a beautiful city park. Located on a dead-end road in a quiet neighborhood.

Nov-April 4x4, AWD, snow tires or chains required. Cabin is in a rural area and driveway is snow packed and can be icy. Located in a beautiful country setting on 5 acres this is a 2-bedroom 1 full bath guest suite in walk in basement with living/dining area, and kitchenette (microwave, coffee pot and mini fridge only, NO oven, NO kitchen sink). We are located just 5 miles from Lava Hot Springs.

Welcome to our Space! This apartment was designed specifically for travelers. Everything in the home is brand new and immaculately clean. It is stocked with everything you need to relax and enjoy yourself. Washer and Dryer are available for use. The Wooden accents were sourced from a homestead in Bancroft, ID. My wife and I hope you enjoy this space as much as we did designing it !
