Whales and seals can be seen from your deck. Located in a private community with its own rocky beach access about 5 min walk from the house where you can hunt for shells & observe the ocean wildlife. This beach is ideal for kayaking. Plymouth also boasts 4 of top 10 rated public golf courses in MA.

Charming Pond-Front Boathouse

Charming antique boat house located directly on Long Pond. Quiet, peaceful accommodations with 180 views. Watch the American Bald Eagles and Osprey search for fish at dusk from your private deck that reaches out over the pond. Long Pond is full recreation, two kayaks and a canoe are available. Hiking, bicycling, golfing, fishing, swimming, boating, snorkeling, sunbathing, and napping are just a few of the activities that can be enjoyed in the quaint, semi-private, pond-front accommodation.

Manomet Boathouse Station #31

The Boathouse was a part of the Manomet Coast Guard Station on Manomet Point. When the station was decommissioned and eventually dismantled, the Boathouse was moved and attached to our home as a separate space. Guests will have full and private access to this beautiful and spacious 1,800 square foot home with 11 foot vaulted ceilings and antique southern exposure windows. The open first floor has a living room, kitchen, pool table and bathroom. A spiral staircase leads to the bedroom.

Upper Cape Cozy Cottage

Simple but cozy cottage on an acre property next to the main house. Moderate sized bedroom and living room. Small kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. Air conditioning is a portable unit and only in the bedroom. Games, books, and puzzles provided. There is no cable but a smart TV is included with access to Netflix etc. if you have an account. Outdoor area includes charcoal grill and seating . Large back yard with yard games, basketball hoop and fire pit.

It is just a five minute walk to the 1620 Hotel, Mayflower, Plymouth Rock, beach, waterfront restaurants, Main Street boutiques & coffee shops, etc. Five minute drive to T station (in Kingston) for fun day trips to Boston without the traffic. A unique adult adventure awaits in this cozy hand crafted tree house! Nestled 12 feet off the ground amongst the chirping birds, red oaks & breathtaking views of Mink Cove in Buzzards Bay. The tree house is accessible by a suspension bridge that leads you to a partially covered porch where you can enjoy a cup of coffee or sit back & take in the sunset with a glass of wine. Step inside to the living space & snuggle up on the couch for an intimate evening.

Cape Cod beaches approx half hour away.

Salt Tide Cottage is a private guesthouse with off-street parking and a serene outdoor space. It sits behind the main house with its own back yard space with hammock. Just a short walk to the ocean, beaches, the library and the general store.
