Centrally located to major roads, highways &convenient to historic Plymouth/Sandwich. Easy to explore and enjoy the Cape Cod canal, ocean beaches as well as recreational activities nearby. Hike trails @ Ellisville Harbor State Park/picnic at the Herring run or canal, or grab a game of golf nearby.

Lionsgate at Cohasset

Lionsgate is the perfect retreat to refresh the soul. Newly remodeled fully stocked kitchen with comfortable amenities provide a home away from feel. Enjoy a roaring fire in a rustic cabin during the winter or the coolness of a mini split in the summer. Cohasset, jewel of the South Shore is a quintessential New England seaside village located half way between Boston and Cape Cod. Our 5-bdrm Nantucket style beach house has a new kitchen & open living space, with a new deck, all overlooking the entire shoreline of Cape Cod Bay from a commanding perch atop a 100-foot bluff. Whales and seals can be seen from your deck. Located in a private community with its own rocky beach access about 5 min walk from the house where you can hunt for shells & observe the ocean wildlife. This beach is ideal for kayaking. Plymouth also boasts 4 of top 10 rated public golf courses in MA.

Main Street on the Park

Welcome to Main Street on the Park! The morning sun will greet you in the bright apartment in our big white house with a yellow front door. Perfect for a romantic getaway or a convenient place to stay if you are in the area for business. A large fenced yard abuts a public park complete with tennis courts, track and walking trail. Explore our small town with a big history, visit its historic buildings, great restaurants and unique shops. The location is convenient to all of the South Coast.

Manomet Boathouse Station #31

The Boathouse was a part of the Manomet Coast Guard Station on Manomet Point. When the station was decommissioned and eventually dismantled, the Boathouse was moved and attached to our home as a separate space. Guests will have full and private access to this beautiful and spacious 1,800 square foot home with 11 foot vaulted ceilings and antique southern exposure windows. The open first floor has a living room, kitchen, pool table and bathroom. A spiral staircase leads to the bedroom.

Upper Cape Cozy Cottage

Simple but cozy cottage on an acre property next to the main house. Moderate sized bedroom and living room. Small kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. Air conditioning is a portable unit and only in the bedroom. Games, books, and puzzles provided. There is no cable but a smart TV is included with access to Netflix etc. if you have an account. Outdoor area includes charcoal grill and seating . Large back yard with yard games, basketball hoop and fire pit.

Downtown Backyard Oasis

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base in downtown Plymouth. It is just a five minute walk to the 1620 Hotel, Mayflower, Plymouth Rock, beach, waterfront restaurants, Main Street boutiques & coffee shops, etc. Five minute drive to T station (in Kingston) for fun day trips to Boston without the traffic. Easy drive to Cape Cod for day trips as well! This newly renovated, yet charming, 2 bedroom first floor apartment is a perfect get away.

A peaceful beach retreat that's close to all the action, this one-bedroom cottage is the oldest in the neighborhood and is full of retro charm. The house is within walking distance of Nantasket Beach and is set back from the road in a large, quiet yard. Don't worry about beach parking—the driveway is big enough to park two cars. Hull has plenty of restaurants and activities. Grab a post-swim ice cream in the summer and watch the sunset on the secluded patio.

We request a 2 night minimum. You will have this entire charming and private cottage to yourself. It is immaculate and well-appointed. Located within walking distance to historic Sandwich Village, local shops, bakery, bistro, and cafes. Walk to Heritage Museum and Gardens and stroll through Sandwich Village to visit the Glass Museum, Dunbar Tea House, Daniel Webster Inn, and Spa. Spend the day at Sandwich's iconic boardwalk, Sandy Neck, and local beaches.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway with an amazing ocean view. Enjoy the oversized deck for sunning, and grilling. 1 Queen bedroom and a pull out sleeper sofa in the family room with TV and WiFi. Kitchen includes basic appliances: mini-fridge, microwave, Keurig, toaster, toaster oven, air fryer, and portable cooktop. Amenities include use of sand volleyball court, linens and towels, window A/C, water toys, and 1 parking spot.

Unique Waterfront Artist Cottage

Once a horse stable, Lil Rose now sleeps up to five just a short walk from a private beach. PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: Rentals in season (April-October) are only offered by the week (Saturday-Saturday). November rentals are offered with a 4-night minimum. Rentals December-March are offered with a 3-night minimum. Pets are accepted (max 2) but you MUST let us know in your booking request about your pet so that we can prepare the property.

Please do not book weekends, holidays, or summer dates in advance. This 1-bedroom is only offered to fill midweek gaps when the full home isn’t booked. Beautifully restored historic home in the heart of town—steps from the Pilgrims' first settlement, ocean, restaurants, shops, and more. Located on Town Brook near the Gristmill, with a deck, firepit, hot tub, grill, cozy bed, and working wood stove. Clean, comfortable, and full of charm.
