Upstairs there is an independent apartment for 2 people max with an additional cost. The house is surrounded by a unique atmosphere and silence. The garden, with aromatic Mediterranean plants, includes a relax area with deck chairs and swimming pool as well as barbecue and laundry room.

Villa Flora si trova nell'area marina protetta del Plemmirio, nella località di Terrauzza. E' situata in un quartiere residenziale tranquillo a un minuto a piedi dal mare e vi si accede tramite una strada privata con cancello automatico in ingresso. La villetta è circondata da un bel giardino e da uno spazio comodo per le cene all'aperto. All'interno dispone di un ampio soggiorno con cucina a vista e divano letto, due spaziose camere matrimoniali e un bel bagno appena ristrutturato.

La villetta è divisa in due parti : una parte da affittare, e l'altra parte abitata da noi, ma nessuno spazio in comune, eccetto il cancello principale. A 14km dal centro storico Ortigia, a 20 minuti dal centro.

Biancapigna Holidays è un grazioso cottage collocato in un tranquillo contesto residenziale vicinissimo alle scogliere del Plemmirio dove è possibile ammirare panorami mozzafiato. La casa, tutta su un piano, ha una metratura di circa 85 mq, più verande e spazi esterni con un ampio giardino, area piscina, area barbecue e lavanderia . Parcheggio gratuito davanti la casa

Our house offers a beautiful garden with tropical plants and a big swimmingpool. The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, a spacious bathroom with tub and shower and a well-equipped kitchen. There is also a babybed if needed, free of charge, please request when booking. There is a wonderful private guest veranda to enjoy as well. Free parking inside the premises.
