It is located in the countryside, in an independent and private position near the house of the owners of the farm bearing the same name (eight hectares planted with organic olives and almonds).

Gli aromi delle piante del giardino mediterraneo con palme, capperi, gelsomino, menta, basilico e citronella mischiati alla brezza marina rendono l’aria frizzante e profumata, la riserva protetta è a pochi metri dalla stanza….

Nel cuore dell'area marina protetta del Plemmirio, villa indipendente di 90mq con piscina a sfioro infinito di 80mq, che offre una vista panoramica mozzafiato sulla costa siciliana dal Plemmirio sino a Capo Passero. La villa è circondata in da un parco di proprietà di 8000 mq ricco di vegetazione tipica siciliana (ulivi, carrubbi, mandorli, pini mediterranei, alberi di gelso, alberi di fico, giardino roccioso con macchia mediterranea).

La casa, tutta su un piano, ha una metratura di circa 85 mq, più verande e spazi esterni con un ampio giardino, area piscina, area barbecue e lavanderia . Parcheggio gratuito davanti la casa
