Enjoy the smell of pine trees, fresh air, and the sound of the provo river rushing only a few feet from the large front balcony. Our intimate 2 bedroom, 1 bath cabin is perfectly sized for a couples retreat or family vacation to the Conde Nast award-winning resort. Bedroom 1 includes a king size bed and bedroom 2 a queen size bed. The living area is comfortable and spacious. The kitchen features quality appliances and granite countertops. Cooking ware, dishes, and utensils provided.

The Pickleball Manor

Our cozy 1,400 sq.ft suite, at the foot of the Wasatch Mountain range, is excellent for business travel, vacations, and exploring the magnificent great outdoors of Utah. We also have all things pickleball! We have 2 courts with lights and over 200 demo paddles four gusts to use. This full apartment basement suite is beneath the main floor of our home. We do have young children however, we do our best to ensure guests enjoy a peaceful stay and guarantee quiet hours from 10pm-7am.

Complete with full kitchen, 65" 4k TV, a King bed, and a shared HOT TUB! 4 beds total, sleeping a maximum of 6 people - 1 King, 1 pull out Queen, 1 twin, and one rollaway twin. There is a shared laundry room near the entrance and covered parking. We do allow some pets, please see PETS under 'The Space' for more info.
