Plenty of parking, direct beach access from your back patio, Ocean front BBQ grill + Fire pit... private 1/4-mile trail. It is an old mobile home inside an old community. Perfectly renovated & in working order. NO KIDS PLEASE due to the jacuzzi and high balcony
