Casa Azul - Willkommen im Hühnerhaus

Früher stand hier mal der Hühnerstall. Davon ist aber so gut wie nichts mehr zu sehen. Durch die Felswände entsteht ein angenehmes Mikroklima und die großen Fenster lassen viel Licht herein und bieten zudem einen Blick auf den Hang. Auf der Terrasse lässt es sich entspannen und nach einem erlebnisreichen Tag wartet die Regendusche in der Wohlfühloase. Mit dem Auto lässt sich zudem auch schnell einmal der „Chip“ wechseln. 15 Minuten bis zum Strand, 25 bis nach Las Palmas und 30 bis in den Süden.

Con vistas al mar y acceso directo a la mejor zona de la playa de San Agustín, tranquila, sin viento y con sol de frente todo el día. Ocean Suite, recién reformado, se ubica dentro del exclusivo complejo Nueva Suecia. Apartamento pequeño pero muy bonito, con un gran ventanal que lo hace muy luminoso. Dispone de terraza-solárium, dormitorio con cama de matrimonio, salón-comedor, baño y parking privado. Aire acondicionado, ventilador, WiFi y Smart TV. Supermercado y restaurantes a pocos pasos.

La casa de Eni

La casa, es una vivienda típica canaria con más de 200 años de antigüedad, que ha sido restaurada en estos últimos años y decorada con mucho cariño, dándole un aspecto juvenil y moderno. Mantiene la estructura original de la época, cuando las casas tenían habitaciones que daban a un patio. Con el objetivo de mantener su valor histórico,en cada una de ellas hemos habilitado el baño, el dormitorio y salón cocina. Todo ello rodeado de un patio al aire libre, con hamaca y zona de descanso.

El alpendre entre palmeras

Antiguo alpendre recientemente transformado para su uso residencial en Santa Lucía de Tirajana. El alpendre era la casa de los animales. Los más apreciados y difíciles de sostener eran las vacas . Solía haber dos por propiedad. La parte de la vacas es ahora el salón comedor y cocina. Las cabras y la burra se alojaban en las otras dependencias que hoy día son los dormitorios, y el baño actual era el lugar donde se depositaba la hierba del resto del día, ya que se solía coger por la mañana .

Nuestro apartamento se encuentra en La Playa San Agustín, una maravillosa ubicación, en un pequeño y tranquilo complejo en primera línea de La Playa de San Agustin con acceso directo, donde poder desconectar de la rutina. Entre los puntos a destacar está la terraza, debido a su ubicación recibe sol buena parte del día y cuenta con dos tumbona,sombrilla y comedor exterior y toldo para que pueda disfrutar sus comidas al aire libre con la agradable brisa y escuchar el sonido del mar.

La construcción data del sXIX y ha sido rehabilitada recientemente. Tiene capacidad para seis personas como máximo. La decoración y los ambientes están muy cuidados. Tiene varias terrazas y jardín. The paradise suite is a little gem in the Atlantic. Located on the beach itself and completely renovated, it is not a holiday home. It is our precious vacation place, which we enjoy and take great care of and has been designed and created by us to also share it with special people in this community. A place to get lost. It is only rented to two adults (children are not allowed ) and it is not appropriate for people with reduced mobility.
