Welcome to our newly refurbished holiday home which has been made perfect for family and friends to enjoy the stunning Costa Teguise costal area of Lanzarote. Our home which comfortably sleeps 5, is just 1 minute walk from the sea front and 10 minute walk to the centre of Costa Teguise. Playa Bastian offers 3 communal swimming pools and a great tapas bar open throughout the day. The local area is full of fabulous restaurants & bars and further a field there are so many wonderful places to visit.

Disfruta de un bonito apartamento en uno de los mejores residenciales de la zona,Playa Bastian,con varias piscinas, una de ellas infantil, pool bar, aparcamiento gratuito, bonitos jardines,solarium y un ambiente muy tranquilo y familiar. Fácil acceso,planta baja y sin escalones.Zona tranquila y segura A 5 minutos caminando de las playas y del Paseo Marítimo, muy cerca de restaurantes,supermercados, bancos, parques, paradas de bus y taxi y muy bien conectado con las zonas de interés de la isla.

Duplex situado en un tranquilo y seguro complejo cerca de tiendas y restaurantes, del parque acuático y del campo de golf. La playa está a 15min. caminando con un precioso paseo junto al mar. Enfrente del complejo hay un pequeño supermercado y a 10min. está el gimnasio Santa Rosa Sport. Por la situación no es imprescindible el coche ya que hay una parada de autobús a 5 min. de la casa, que te comunicara con Arrecife capital pero si quieres alquilar uno hay parking gratuito delante de la casa.

It is an accommodation with three rooms: bedroom, kitchen-living room with sofa bed and bathroom. Entrance totally independent from the main house. It also has a private garden with comfortable seating to the outdoors. The apartment is very bright. It is located in a very quiet area of Costa Teguise. There is always parking available. You can walk to different beaches in 15 minutes and to the center where you will find restaurants, supermarkets, ... It is a beautiful area of trails.

Casa Ola is a newly refurbished apartment located in the excluve residential area Los Molinos, in Costa Teguise which is the sole designed by the master and visionaire César Manrique. The garden, the two pools and the building reflect the particular style you can only find in Lanzarote: white walls, lavic stones and cactus plants. At 300mt walking distance there is Playa Bastían, but you can reach Las Cucharas Beach and the centre of Costa Teguise in less than 15 minutes walk.

Quiet ground floor apartment 400 meters from Playa Bastián. It has different restaurants where you can try typical Canarian dishes and supermarkets to find what you need during your stay. We have a common patio where you can enjoy the outdoors and the sun. The centre of Costa Teguise is a 10-minute walk away, where you'll find more restaurants, shops and entertainment. Free parking on the street around the entire residential.
