It is a cozy house with a lot of soul. The decoration recalls wonderful places in the world, memories of my travels. The location is perfect to enjoy the sea or the mountain, 3 minutes from them. It is a very comfortable house, to enjoy as a couple or family of the terraces that surround the house, of the 3 bedrooms, large dining room, open kitchen and a lot of garden. This modern property is situated in the bay of Alcudia in the popular Playa de Muro area. Conveniently located the villa is just a 15 minute walk from a lovely sandy beach, while a selection of restaurants and bars are even closer. During the early and later parts of the season a car may be necessary as some facilities located close by may not be available. Inside, the house is bright and comfortable whilst the cool, swimming pool is surrounded by paved sun terraces.

El apartamento Clavells está totalmente reformado con suelos de parquet, completamente amueblado y equipado para su disfrute y el de su familia, nuestro apartamento está situado en el segundo piso del edificio 'Clavells', no disponemos de ascensor.
