Swan House (To Σπίτι του Κύκνου) is a lovingly restored 200-year-old village home in Karavas. Each apartment offers modern comfort while maintaining its traditional charm. Lemonokipos Taverna and Karavas Bakery are walking distance from the house. The village is surrounded by green valleys, fresh water springs, hiking trails and secluded beaches. -20 metres from free parking in the square -7 minute drive to Platia Ammos beach -10 minute drive to Agia Pelagia beach -10 minute drive to Potamos

This gorgeous stone build little house is located in a unique and peaceful setting, on the edge of one of the islands oldest settlements Mitata , right by a dramatically beautiful gorge. You will be surrounded by native nature with the scent of sage and thyme all around you. The setting around takes you back in time and allows you to truly recharge. A 5 minute walk from the house is the main village where you all find fantastic food at Michalis tavern and a market with all the necessities!

Αυτός ο παραθαλάσσιος ξενώνας βρίσκεται ακριβώς πάνω από την όμορφη παραλία της Φυρής Άμμου και είναι ένα στολίδι με ανοιχτή θέα στη θάλασσα και το νότιο άκρο της Πελοποννήσου. Είναι ένας από τους δύο ανεξάρτητους ξενώνες ενός σπιτιού που βρίσκεται στον οικισμό της Αγίας Πελαγίας (πηγαίνοντας προς τα νότια) το οποίο όμως δεν γειτονεύει με άλλα σπίτια. Μπορεί έτσι κάποιος να αισθανθεί αποτραβηγμένος στην φύση βρισκόμενος συγχρόνως πολύ κοντά σε ένα ζωντανό χωριό.

Το κατάλυμά μας προσφέρει γαλήνη και επαφή με τη φύση, με τον ήχο των κυμάτων να συνοδεύουν τις μέρες και τις νύχτες των επισκεπτών, αφού η παραλία βρίσκεται μόλις 15 μέτρα από την είσοδο. Ο αίθριος χώρος μας είναι δομημένος έτσι ώστε ο κάθε επισκέπτης να έχει τη δυνατότητα να ηρεμεί κάτω από τον έναστρο ουρανό. Οι αγροτουριστικές συνθήκες που περιβάλλουν το κατάλυμα ενδυναμώνουν την επαφή με τη φύση και ταξιδεύουν νοερά τον επισκέπτη στο χρόνο.

Quiet comfort in a rustic Greek idyll. We have a renovated Furno annexe with its own ensuite shower room. There are also beautiful gardens with views to the sea and elefonisis. We also have a lovely rooftop terrace perfect for casual dining or sunbathing in privacy.
