Its your tropical home away from home and is only 80 ft from the waters edge. Its location makes the perfect getaway for couples or a few close friends. It sleeps two people comfortably with a queen size bed, while the full size futon could sleep another person. Your little piece of paradise awaits you....

Welcome to Seaside Escape! Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. This one bedroom apartment is located in the heart of Placencia Village and on the renowned Placencia sidewalk. We are only a one minute walk to the beach which is only 200 feet away! We offer a free welcome drink at the neighboring beach bar to help you unwind from your travels. You can also enjoy access to three local pools, each offering food and drinks, including one that offers free shuttle service to and from.

This air-conditioned mini-sized wooden cabana on stilts is attached on one side to another "One World" rental unit. It has its own entrance and a pretty outside sitting area, complete with hammock. Inside the building you will find a comfortable twin bed with a bedside table as well as a toilet, wash basin and shower, separated from the sleeping area only by a curtain. This place is perfect for an uncomplicated traveler who needs a clean, basic space in a great location right in town!

We built two eco-conscious cabins located in the heart of beautiful Placencia, just minutes walking distance from the beach, pier, restaurants, and local amenities and events. We don't offer A/C, but we do offer a pool and each cabin is equipped with a ceiling fan and a large positionable fan for your comfort.
