Second bedroom with two twin beds. Third bedroom on second level with queen bed and workspace. Community has boat rentals and restaurant within walking distance.

Boats (seasonal) and boat slips are available to rent. On-site dining and nearby shopping. The HOA charges $30/night resort fee. Bring your own beach towels and linens for the Pack-n-Play.

Bath/Kitchen towels provided, but NOT SHEETS. Smart TV for streaming and Xfinity high speed internet. NO Boat/Trailer parking at the condo. Parkway Marina charges $10 for the first day and $6 for additional days to put in, take out and park boat/trailer. We are located 2 minutes (.7 miles) from Parkway Marina.
