The large room is stylishly furnished (super king size bed), tv/wifi, and heated through ground source. The property has off-road parking with use of/ views into a landscaped garden/canal. Breakfast is a cold self-served buffet in the 'Den'.

You’ll love our place because of its quiet location on a country estate: from here you can walk, golf, sightsee, in winter go up and ski at Glenshee; head to Edinburgh (1hr by train) and Glasgow, eat in fabulous restaurants or stay and cook in our well-equipped kitchen. Good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families (with kids), and furry friends.

You get a cosy Double Room in our family home with access to shared social spaces. The kitchen is the heart of the house. Most mornings you can watch red squirrels right at the window while you grab a coffee and some of our fresh homemade bread. It is a wee bit wild but very warm and welcoming. A car is recommended, but you can also cycle or walk here.

Accommodation is offered in the simple and stylish conversion of the farm outbuildings. Situated two minutes from Balloch in a quiet and peaceful location. A continental breakfast is left in the fridge for you to prepare including: muesli, bread, milk, orange juice, cheese, oatcakes, fruit, jam, shortbread, ground coffee and a selection of teas.
