With its 10 km of white sand, Costa Rei is one of the most beautiful bays in the Mediterranean, the beach is white, the crystal clear water and the very shallow seabed. Do you want to relax at home? It is very private, by the sea, with direct access to the Cala Bernat beach, passing through the rocks. The hills behind show breathtaking views and ancient monuments, perfect for trekking or mountain biking. Near the house 3 excellent restaurants. A car is recommended, a SUV is better, as the road is a bit bumpy in some places. Parking is free.

The beautiful Villa Sa Rocca Manna is located in the village of Chia and is part of a complex that consists of 3 villas with private entrances and outdoor spaces. This holiday home combines modern comfort with rustic charm and has 2 floors. It consists of an open-plan living room with a sofa bed, a dining area and a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (one of them with a double bed and a single bed) as well as 2 bathrooms (one of them with a luxurious rain shower).
