Beautiful, 170 feet of waterfront Carriage House with a lovely sandy beach for a relaxing vacation in the Lakes Region of New Hampshire. Very close to the White Mountain National Forest, Kancamagus Highway, and several Ski Resorts. Within 45 minutes to the beaches of Maine and the Seacoast of New Hampshire. Our Carriage House is 1.5 hours from Boston and 2 hours from Worcester, MA. The Carriage House was built in 2021 with top-line finishes, fixtures, and furnishings for a romantic getaway.

This 934 sq ft waterfront camp is located in the quaint town of Alton Bay, NH and offers an open concept living/dining w/ fireplace insert for heat/ambiance, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bath and an amazing screen porch. Nestled in the woods and on Adams Pond with new wood fired sauna! The cabin feels totally hidden away but is less than 10 minutes to Bridgton and Naples, hiking, beaches and restaurants. The woods are beautiful and peaceful and the pond is just down a mossy path. Great for couples or a weekend away. Large deck with grill and outdoor shower, firepit. There is a shared dock on the pond for swimming, fishing, or just enjoying the view as well as a canoe and 2 kayaks, and a paddle board.

The cottage is totally separate and brand new as of 2023, attached to our old farmhouse circa 1789 in the beautiful lakes region. It’s a perfect place for couples, small families or traveling nurses/doctors. We are 10 minutes from several beaches including lake winnipsaukee and close to the mountains. There are several hiking trails within minutes from our home.
