This modern studio has a private entrance, full kitchen with all the cooking basics and a full sized refrigerator and microwave as well as a 3/4 bathroom with a shower (NO Tub). There is a full sized futon as well as a twin sized air mattress if needed. This beautiful studio has an amazing view from the top of the hill and is within walking distance to historical downtown, Restaurants, shopping, and a ton more! *Homeowner lives on site in the house above the studio* *dog must be less than 30lbs

We love history and to imagine the stories & memories that happened here. The DOUBLE bed turns into couch. Small Fridge, burner, microwave, coffee maker & other essentials. private toilet and shower (no bathtub). Walking distance to L.O.S.T. Trail which connects to the Arizona Trail, walking distance to bridge that leads to main street and access to wifi, grill, hot tub and private parking.
