Charming U of A Area Cottage

Beautiful and bright newly renovated studio located on a unique ¾ acre property near the U of A. This tiny (220 sq. feet) and charming cottage was originally the water-pump house (in the 1940’s). Concrete tile floors, brick walls, shade trees and yard art add to the charm of this quiet get away. The cottage has a walk in shower and a kitchen area consisting of a fridge and microwave and is set up to allow you plenty of privacy. Great location with easy access to Tucson’s entertainment district.

Time Capsule in the Sonoran Desert

Time Capsule is a unique experience in an space age module dropped in the middle of an 11 acres desert sanctuary and sculpture park, adjacent to the Saguaro National Park. Enjoy the quietness of the desert in a safe environment located at just 35 minutes from downtown Tucson. Because of the refinement of the interior design we cannot accept any pet, service animal, nor children in the Time Capsule. Please note that check in is in person only and not later than 10:00PM. No exception!

Located in the coveted Dunbar Spring neighborhood, the home is walking distance to the University of Arizona, 4th Ave, downtown, lots of coffee shops and restaurants and the Warehouse Arts District.

Cozy RV in central location

Outdoor feeling in the city. Our 14 feet cruiser fun finder is parked in the back of our lot in a quiet residential area in central Tucson. It is small, cozy and features everything you need for a comfortable stay: a queen bed, fully equipped kitchenette, minifridge, hot running water, heater, AC and a private bathroom with toilet and shower. We have a dining place with table and chairs set up outside. For cooler nights we'll provide a heater and a down comforter to keep you warm.

Nestled at the foot of stunning Red Butte, Thunderbird Suite is southwestern decor with antique furniture. Just outside the glass doors, is a desert landscape of Saguaros & other Sonoran natural desert cactus & trees. Thunderbird is an independent, private suite added onto the main house, with a wall separating it. There is laundry available just next to the private bath with shower & tub. Enjoy the spacious patio while you sip morning coffee or grill in the evening. You may find it hard to check-out of this cozy gem!

New adjustable bed, you control the temp PRIVATE entrance and you PARK near the door! I prefer solo travelers, so I charge extra for a 2nd guest. No visitors without host approval. Just inform me. We are in a quiet middle class neighborhood. Close to I-10, 15-20 minutes to downtown, UA and the airport. Located in NW Tucson, near Marana and Oro Valley and Saguaro National Park. Part of an older 5-plex with 8 other houses, this charming unit features a king bed, common heating (kept around 70°F in winter), AC/heater mini split, small kitchen with microwave and stove/oven, Roku TV, and fast WiFi (~400 Mbps). ~350 sq ft of comfort with a beach-themed décor.
