Il chiericciolo è una casa di campagna sulle fantastiche colline umbre vicino a Todi e Perugia. La casa ha una vista a 360 gradi su vigne, noci e boschi. La casa è molto grande e accogliente con un bel camino, inoltre è attrezzata con una cucina per divertirsi a cucinare i prodotti tipici locali. La casa è stata ristrutturata lasciando tutti i muri in pietra, le travi di legno castagno a vista e il cotto originale. Mentre gli impianti di riscaldamento e i bagni sono completamente nuovi. Passare una notte al chiericciolo è un'esperienza unica.

Het huis is zeer ruim (400m2) en daarom erg geschikt voor bijvoorbeeld twee gezinnen of een grotere familie. Het hoofdhuis heeft twee delen met ieder een eigen entree, woonkamer, keuken en badkamer en er is nog een apart gastenverblijf voor 2 personen. Er is een groot zwembad van 6 bij 12 meter met buitendouche. Ook zijn er: 2 Cannondale mountainbikes, een pingpongtafel, een tafelvoetbalspel en een biljart. Om het huis staan 300 olijfbomen en er is een siertuin (totaal 10.000m2 groot).

Immerso nel silenzio, vicino a Pienza, Montalcino, Bagno Vignoni e le terme naturali di Bagno San Filippo. Per raggiungerci è molto semplice, l'ultimo km di strada è sterrata ma percorribile da tutti.
