Relaxing break on the North York Moors. A 5 minute drive from Pickering, where you will find shops, bars, restaurants and the NYM Steam Railway. 10 minute drive from Thornton Dale, where Bangers&Cash is filmed. York/Whitby 45 minute drive. Dalby Forest 30mins, Scarborough 40mins. A tranquil stay in a rural location. Ideal for walkers and cyclists. Includes hot tub. Due to an unfenced hot tub, balcony and limited space, The Hide is not suitable for babies, infants or children. Sorry, no pets.

It is dog friendly (£10 per dog per night) with a hot tub and garden including outdoor seating and a train viewing area right bedside the NYMR heritage railway. The cottage lies at the foot of the North York Moors and has many footpaths and bridleways close by for walkers and cyclists. The cottage sleeps up to 4 adults and has everything you need for a comfortable stay

Relax and unwind in the newly refurbished one bed Irishman's Cottage. The cottage retains many old features and is surrounded by the rolling hills of the Yorkshire Wolds. The living space is open plan with ample space for a couples retreat or family break away. In the summer months dine al fresco and enjoy a BBQ on the private patio besides the wood burning hot tub. A short walk away is our private lake, where you might catch site of a resting deer or hare!

Hot Tub Studio Lodge.

A peaceful, romantic retreat for two. Our complex features six semi-detached Studio Lodges, each with a private hot tub. (Photos show each lodge; you’ll be allocated one based on availability.) Each lodge offers an open-plan layout with a double bed, cosy living area, and fully equipped kitchen and a smart TV Step outside to your private veranda with outdoor furniture. Unwind in your hot tub under a clear night sky, the perfect way to end your day.

NOW REOPENED - SEPTEMBER 2026 Crumbleclive is a beautifully restored 100 year old cabin set within the dramatic backdrop of Crunkly Ghyll. The Cabin has a balcony overlooking the gorge with the River Esk rapids visible at the bottom. Surrounded by Oak trees you will feel amongst the treetops as birds gather on the branches around you and fly through the gorge below. It is perfect for couples wanting a romantic getaway to recharge the batteries!
