La struttura è suddivisa su 3 piani, ognuno dei quali si raggiunge con una scalinata tipica dell'architettura medievale. Dimora V.lo Leoncini è ideale per chi desidera immergersi nella storia dell'antica Tibur.

L'appartamento, indipendente e senza spazi in comune, è circondato da un ampio giardino e si compone di una spaziosa camera da letto con aria condizionata, di un bagno con vasca e bidet, soggiorno con angolo cottura completo di stoviglie e divano letto da due piazze. È disponibile gratuitamente il parcheggio privato e il wì fi. Ci troviamo a 700 mt dal bus per la stazione Tiburtina e della navetta per la stazione di Monterotondo direzione Roma, il Grande raccordo anulare è a 10 minuti di auto.
