Located right on historic Route 24, we are conveniently situated between Brunswick & the islands of Harpswell. All rooms have ocean views. The tidal beach & the floating dock (May-Dec) is ideal for seasonal fishing, lounging & swimming.

Unwind with spectacular sunrises from this sunny waterfront cottage on a tidal cove in the Kennebec River! This is the perfect home base for a midcoast Maine getaway. The post-and-beam cottage has cozy furnishings and expansive views across a field, pond, and cove. Bald eagles and osprey soar overhead, sturgeon leap in the river & nights are full of stars. Not recommended for those with mobility issues. Bathroom is downstairs, bedroom is upstairs. Owners live on property with small dog.

Winter or summer, the Little River Retreat will help you step away from the world - but still be minutes from Reid State Park, Five Islands Lobster, the Georgetown General Store, and the rugged beauty of Midcoast Maine. Large kitchen and full bath. 1 Mile from Head Beach, 4 miles from Popham Beach State Park. Walk to Beautiful Morse Mountain Preserve. The property are well suited for artists, photographers looking for a quiet, visually stimulating, peaceful retreat. Shared laundry, best for 2 -3 adults, and/or small child.

Cottage on Todd Bay

The 2025 season has ended, and the cottage and Midcoast Maine are settling in for a quiet winter. We're continuing to take bookings for 2026, and we'll reopen in early May. We want to thank all of our guests, present and future, and to wish you a quiet, safe winter. We're looking forward to next summer on Todd Bay!
