The Barn has been welcoming guests since 2012 and has recently been renovated to modernise and brighten the home. It was previously listed on AirBnB as Garden Lodge. Set on a very quiet lane in the gorgeous Suffolk village of Charsfield, The Barn is perfectly located for easy access to the wonderful Suffolk Coast. Snape Maltings, Minsmere RSPB, Aldeburgh, Southwold, Sutton Hoo Saxon burial site and thousands of acres of wild heathland and pine woodland walks are all on the doorstep. EV Charger

The Cartlodge ( a converted Suffolk Cartlodge)

The Cartlodge is a converted timber framed Suffolk Cartlodge situated within the quiet and picturesque countryside of rural Suffolk. Approached by a long private driveway and surrounded by open fields, access to the accommodation is via the external staircase. Donkeys Rosie and Mollie and the sheep roam peacefully in the adjoining meadows. The Cartlodge makes an ideal base for exploring the countryside with the market town of Woodbrige and and the popular Sutton Hoo site just 10 miles away.

Stunning Suffolk Barn Conversion

Slow down and relax at this romantic rural retreat on the edge of Constable country. The Hay Barn, with its wonky beams and wood-burning stove, sits peacefully among acres of rolling farmland, moments from some of Suffolk’s most iconic sights, including Sutton Hoo - featured on Netflix’s The Dig. Moat Barn is located in the beautiful and quiet Suffolk countryside. The accommodation is on the first floor and accessible via an external wooden staircase. A large private balcony with views overlooking fields and sunsets. The bedroom has a superking sized bed, linen bedding and a 2nd set of patio doors onto the balcony. A great base for walks in the surrounding countryside and for visiting nearby coastline. Perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers and furry companions.

Meadow View is a cosy & extensively refurbished Grade 2 listed former agricultural workers cottage, situated in a lovely position on the edge of the village of Earl Soham in the heart of the glorious Suffolk countryside - enjoying lovely views over meadowland & undulating farmland. Within walking distance of the famous Victoria Pub & the fabulous Hutton's Butchers and Deli. Under 30 minutes to the glorious Suffolk Heritage Coast. Ideal for long summer stays or short winter breaks.

The Carter's Loft

Situated deep in the Suffolk countryside, The Carter's Loft is a beautifully presented studio bursting with charm. The popular local pub (White Horse) offers good food and local beer. There are numerous footpaths on the doorstep, a community cafe selling homemade cakes and refreshments (open 10.30 - 12.30 Wed - Thurs, occasional Sundays and some super evening events) plus our local vineyard. We are close to historic Framlingham and within easy reach of the heritage coast.

Potter's Farm: The Piggery.

The Piggery is perfect for an overnight escape or a weekend away. Situated in a private spot amidst gorgeous Suffolk farmland with easy access to miles of footpaths, bridleways, byways and quiet country lanes to walk or cycle along there is free parking right outside. It is also a great 'Home from Home' for workers providing a clean, bright, ambient space, super comfortable bed, large table/workspace, great shower and an adequate kitchen, to ease the end of a busy day.

Squirrel Self Catering Holiday Lodge

Squirrel and Woodpecker are two self catering purpose built holiday lodges set in 4 acres of private ground (if Squirrel isn't available, please check Woodpecker). Each lodge will sleep a maximum of 2 guests using the double bed. Each lodge has it's own private patio/alfresco dining area and allocated parking space. Situated a few miles outside of the town of Ipswich in the rural village of Coddenham it's the ideal venue for a well earned holiday/break.

The Granary - Suffolk Countryside Retreat

The Granary is a delightful and charming farm building a luxurious, yet cosy haven for those who want a romantic getaway or a tranquil, rural holiday. The Granary is ideally situated down a quiet lane yet near to the A14 allowing easy access to the Suffolk countryside, the coastal towns of Aldeburgh and Southwold, the Newmarket racecourse and even the colleges of Cambridge. Note the property is not suitable for children older than 1 year or pets.

The Cart Lodge

This rustic self contained apartment situated above a Cart Lodge. Accessed by steps (they are quite steep so probably not suitable for someone infirm), it is one large room with a king size bed, a lovely wood burning stove (wood provided), a well equipped kitchen area with dining table and chairs, a sofa and large TV/dvd/radio/cd. There is a small shower room at the end. There are a selection of DVDs and magazines for your use. There is no WiFi.
