Για αρχή υπήρξε ο λίθος οπού στα αρχαία ελληνικά ονομάζεται η πέτρα ,κύριο χαρακτηριστικό της δόμησης του και ύστερα ήρθε η θέα για την οποία ο καθένας θα μείνει έκπληκτος από την έκταση της. Όλα αυτά συντέλεσαν στην επινόηση των Lithea villas .

The house is built in the traditional settlement of Proastio (or Prasteio for the locals) in an olive grove. It is located 6km (less than 10 minutes by car) from Kardamili and 9km (about 15 minutes drive) from Stoupa. In the area there are many beaches (organized and not) as well as cafes, taverns and restaurants for all tastes and requirements. The nearest beach is Kalamitsi (about 4km) and is ideal for children.
