Amy’s Local BNB is nestled among huge fir trees in a quiet neighborhood a short walk from downtown Sebastopol. This sunny contemporary gem focuses on our commitment to local and sustainably sourced food, wine, and crafts. With a full kitchen, you can enjoy the comforts of a meal cooked “at home” from the local farmer’s market, or walk to superb local eateries. We will share maps to our favorite swimming hole on the Russian River or to ocean beaches, or introduce you to excellent local vintners.

Eagle's Nest Treehouse Farm Stay is a tranquil, secluded, luxurious, romantic wilderness experience in a private forest on a 400 acre working ranch. Thirty feet above the forest floor you are nestled in a gorgeous, well-appointed suite of 1,000 year old polished redwood, with bathroom and amazing copper/glass forest-view shower. Built in 1870, our cozy cottage is located behind one of the oldest houses in Petaluma. The charming and quaint studio cottage is nestled in the heart of downtown Petaluma and features a comfortable queen-sized bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living area, and a bathroom. We are 3 blocks from the historic Downtown district, an easy walk to the riverfront restaurants and shops. If you prefer to stay in, you can dine on the patio under the willow tree. #PLVR-19-0017

Overlooking a fern grotto and redwood valley, The Perch lets you experience nature up close. Come unwind and luxuriate in nature. Limited cell service. This space has a great deal of natural light, windows are well placed as to not see into neighbors windows. (Black out curtains on windows if light needs to be blocked) Must be able to climb a flight of stairs to access. Dedicated off street parking for one vehicle
